What if you cannot appear:

• Find the time that you are to appear.
• If you are to appear at 8 a.m., 10 a.m., or 3:00 p.m., call 271-5333 for the officer.
• If you are to appear at 9 a.m., 11 a.m., or 2:00 p.m., call 467-4374 for the officer.

Failure to appear:

• If you choose not to appear for court as a defendant, victim, or witness, you will be subject to arrest.
  

What if I cannot pay?

• The Municipal Judge can choose an alternative sentence, or grant an Order of Payment Schedule.

• If you fail to comply with either sentence, a bench warrant will be issued for your arrest.

Greenville Municipal Court accepts personal checks, cashier's checks, or money orders through the mail.  Cash payments are made in person at the Court.
The check, cashier's check, or money order must be made out to the CITY OF GREENVILLE.
Please include the ticket number on the check, cashier's check, or money order. You may also include a copy of the ticket with your payment.
These payments can be mailed to:
