City parks are open from 8 am - 9 pm. (spring/summer)

No alcohol or drugs are allowed.
- Reserved Area must be left clean and free of litter, this includes removal of all balloons.
- Use of sidewalk chalk is prohibited.

No tents/structures may be erected without permission from the zoo administrator.

Loud music/Public Address (PA) systems are prohibited.

Reserved area must be left clean and free of litter.
- Vehicles are not allowed to park on any grass area.
- Payment is due in full when the reservation is made.

No refunds will be given due to inclement weather or for cancellations made within 14 calendar days before the rental date. Cancellations made 15 or more days prior to the rental date will result in a refund of $40.00 for weekday rentals and $65.00 for a weekend or holiday rental. Deposits are non-refundable.
