Rental Fee for River Lodge: $125 for the first three hours ($40) each additional hour Monday-Friday. On weekends and holidays, the fee is $150 ($50 each additional hour).

Rental Fee for River Lodge and Old Mill Garden (wedding site): The rental fee is $300 Monday-Friday, and $500 on weekends and holidays, for an 8-hour time slot.
