New landscaping and period lighting on Pendleton Street. The finishing touches are now being placed on the new streetscaping on Pendleton Street near the Augusta Road intersection. Trees, benches, and landscaped "bumpouts" have improved the parking, traffic flow, and curb appeal and add to the revitalization efforts in the West End District. |
