Mr. Lindsay is a graduate of Purdue University where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering with minors in Construction Management and Mathematics. Mr. Lindsay has over 20 years of experience in both the private and public sectors in support of high growth and high density urban areas. He is a registered professional engineer in South Carolina and five other states. Philip R. Lindsay has been Engineering Services Manager for the City of Greenville since November 2003. He joined the City in July 2001 as City Traffic Engineer. In his role as the Engineering Services Manager, he serves as the City Engineer and City Traffic Engineer. Mr. Lindsay has focused on the planning, design, and construction of infrastructure improvements associated with the City’s Capital Improvement Program and development projects. He served as the City’s Project Manager for the award winning design and construction of Millennium Boulevard and Innovation Drive to support the International Center for Automotive Research and Millennium Campus developments. Institute of Transportation Engineers and the International Municipal Signal Association. | |
