The storm water utility is responsible for developing watershed master plans,
coordinating improvements to the City's watershed basins, and for complying
with state/federal mandates related to stormwater management and water quality

surface as the typical single-family home.

area. This is the equivalent residential unit (ERU). The base fee per ERU is
$21 per year. This fee is used to compute the fee for all impervious area on
these properties.
The formula used is:
Total impervious area (sq. feet) divided by 2,389 sq. feet =
total ERUs(rounded up) X $21 = annual fee
For example: A property with 11,500 square feet of impervious area would
be
11,500 divided by 2,389 = 4.8, rounded up to 5 ERUs X $21 = $105/year
