Mike has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and a Masters Degree in Public Administration, both from Texas Tech University. Mike has over 25 years of experience in the Public Works Field including: Water Utilities, Sanitary Sewer, Storm Water, Engineering Design, Construction Inspection, Traffic, Transportation, Fleet Services, Solid Waste, Environmental Services, Building Services, Customer Service and Administration.
The City of Greenville is the third City in which Mike has served in a Public Works capacity as either Chief Engineer, City Engineer or Director…the others being the City of Lubbock, Texas and the Town of Addison, Texas. Mike is a Graduate of Leadership Greenville Class 33.
